Lead Speech Pathologist 

Nazeem Hasan is originally from the DC Metropolitan area. She obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Hampton University in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Her passion for working with individuals with special needs grew while working with children and adults from multicultural backgrounds in Virginia, Florida, Texas, California and Georgia. Nazeem's clinical experiences include working with individuals of all ages from private clinics to long term care facilities, home health, early intervention, elementary/secondary schools, teletherapy and even hippotherapy.

Nazeem has treated and evaluated individuals with Dysphagia, Dysarthria, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, Articulation and Phonological Disorders, Language Disorders, Learning Disabilities,  Stuttering, Hearing Impairments, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Fluency Disorders, Cognitive Communication deficits, Traumatic Brain Injury, Neurodegenerative Disorders, Aphasia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Craniofacial Anomalies.

Nazeem is licensed by the state of Florida, Georgia, California, Arizona, Texas, Maryland and has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Nazeem currently lives in Miami, FL. She has a passion for working with individuals from multicultural backgrounds. In her free time, she enjoys performing bike stunts, martial arts, running, pilates and all things active!  Nazeem focuses on maintaining a healthy mind and body throughout all of her activities as a necessary component to providing the best speech and language therapy to her clients.
